Position Responsibilities:

Oversee financial activities and general ledger management

Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards

Lead and mentor the accounting team

Identify potential in candidates and create a supportive learning environment

Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met

Position Essential Job Functions:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.

- CPA license holder required

Public Accounting Audit of financial institutions is preferred

8+ years of business experience, preferably in a financial institution

Proficient knowledge of GAAP

Experience with Six Sigma certification preferred
