As the Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the company and ensuring compliance with GAAP. Position Responsibilities:

- Oversee financial activities and general ledger management

- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards

- Lead and mentor the accounting team

- Identify potential in candidates and create a supportive learning environment

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met

Position Essential Job Functions:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.

- CPA license holder required

- Public Accounting Audit of financial institutions is preferred

- 8+ years of business experience, preferably in a financial institution

- Proficient knowledge of GAAP

- Experience with Six Sigma certification preferred
