Finance Administrative Assistant

Primary Focus Areas
Including, but not limited to, the following:
- Maintain and update financial records including transactions, accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with processing invoices, payments and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and projections as needed.
- Organize and maintain financial documents and records, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.
- Input financial data into accounting software and maintain updated records
- Perform operational internal audits for different industry certifications
- Execute other assigned tasks and special projects as delegated by upper management.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of financial processes and procedures.
- Experience working Datacor ERP system a PLUS
- Strong interpersonal skills and use of professional etiquette.
- A good verbal and written command of the English language is essential.
- Effective communicator, with the ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to co-workers, vendors, and partners.
- Organized with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Adept in Microsoft applications including proficient use of analytical tools available in Excel, and strong business acumen and ability to communicate professionally and succinctly using Outlook and Word.
- Ability to prioritize workload.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $ $23.00 Per Hour
