As the Regional CX Manager, Grower Experience, you will have a significant impact in leading the mid-term customer experience strategy and driving transformative change cross-functionally within the organization. Reporting to the Senior Regional Manager of Customer Experience, you will support the development and implementation of the regional CXM roadmap for APN, with a strong focus on leading the end-to-end Grower Experience journey framework and omni-channel engagement eco-system across North America.
- Responsible for managing the end-to-end Grower experience journey and sub-journey framework, omni-channel ecosystem, process mapping & CX performance measurement for journey analytics across North America.
- Providing strategic and operational thought leadership on Customer Experience Management, Journey Management and Voice of Customer Strategy, acting as a CX subject matter expert for the Canada and P&SS businesses.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of target customers, leverage customer insights & CX analytics to identify opportunities for improvement or market differentiation, leading cross-functional efforts for experience improvements for growers across North America.
- Providing Change Management guidance on new Ways of Working with CX improvements, collaborating with Commercial Hub Product owners on tool enablement to support to-be experiences.
- Bachelor's Degree, ideally a focus in customer experience, sales, business, or marketing.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in customer oriented commercial or cross functional roles (i.e. sales or marketing) delivering premium customer experiences
- Experience leading highly complex, cross functional projects/initiatives.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience leading direct/indirect teams and large projects.
- Experience in Journey Mapping, Experience design and Customer Experience implementation.
- Relevant experience in Agriculture preferred, but not necessary.
