Summary

This position is located at the Fort Belknap Service Unit in Harlem, MT. The purpose of this position is to provide assistance and information to patients/vistors for the Dental Department. The incumbent reports to the Supervisory Dentist or designee.

Duties
  • Receive and answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries or requests for information.
  • Greet patients/visitors at the front desk; Provide accurate information; Direct or accompany patients/visitors to the appropriate department.
  • Utilize RPMS to schedule patients appointments for multiple providers/clinics; Verify mailing address; and print out appointment reminders.
  • Prepare requisitions for office supplies, equipment, and publications in the UFMS system.
