Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as the Administrative Director for the Greenfield, MA campus at Behavioral Health Network
Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the Greenfield campus with the following:
- Overseeing the administrative and programmatic needs of the Greenfield campus programs to support the Substance Use Disorder Leadership Team.
- Overseeing required training and ensuring all required trainings are offered to foster staff growth and development.
- Supervising, training, and supporting administrative staff, including Receptionists and Drivers.
- Completing regular supervision, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions when indicated.
- Filling in to complete office procedure tasks during staff absences.
- Ensuring the Greenfield campus's continued compliance with government, licensing, and financial regulations.
- Collaborating with the BHN Health and Safety Director to ensure compliance with all rules and regulations related to safety on the campus.
- Assisting management staff with investigative research when necessary, including completing camera footage reviews, for situations such as suspicion of substance use.
- Fulfilling medical records requests, as needed, maintaining strict confidentiality of individuals served information at all times in accordance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.
- Coordinating & assisting with the use of all shared space on the campus.
- Managing communication and service with office supply, cleaning, maintenance, and office equipment contractors/providers.
BHN's Greenfield, MA campus includes designated substance abuse disorder treatment centers, which provide acute treatment services (ATS) and clinical stabilization services (CSS) as well as additional services to support recovery. These varied residential rehabilitation services help adults working to overcome drug and alcohol addiction and meet co-occurring mental health and behavioral health needs.

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required); Associate's Degree (preferred).
- At least 3 years of experience working with the SUD population (required).
- At least 2 years of leadership/management experience (preferred).
- Bilingual in Spanish & English (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to be a good team player.
- Ability to lead and respond effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
