Operations Supervisor 2nd Shift

Responsibilities Include:
- Assigning team members with tasks to be completed each shift
- Setting performance metrics for team members and work with team members to ensure all metrics are met
- Properly resolving problems and troubleshooting issues as they arise without the direction of management
- Maintaining a work environment that meets company, state and federal safety and employment
- Examining staff performance and provides training where necessary
- Manage employee schedules and time-off request
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing Environment
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to solve problems and make quick decisions
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Must be able to lift up to 35 Lbs,
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time in the performance of supervisory duties.
- 1+ years of supervisory / leadership experience
- Associates degree
- Experience working in a Union environment
Full-Time Salary Range: $ $109530
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
