About the American Express Discovery Program

The American Express Discovery Program (ADP) is a four day in-person and virtual program that affords promising undergraduate students the opportunity to learn about American Express, our business units, culture, and colleagues from colleague resourcing groups including our Black Engagement Network, Hispanic Origin and Latin American Network and our Office of Enterprise Inclusion, Diversity and Business Engagement. As part of our Blue Box Values, we embrace diversity and stand for inclusion. We are accepting expressions of interest from a variety of majors, including Business Management, Communications, Marketing, Actuarial Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics or related quantitative or business majors.

The final deadline for submitting your information is Friday, June 28th, 2024, at 11:59pm ET.

September 9th - September 12th

Qualifications

Salary Range: $24.05 to $63.00 hourly + sign-on bonus

The above represents the expected hourly pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
