**About Us:**
We're a dedicated team managing a bustling Airbnb and vacation rental property nestled in the heart of Geneva, Ohio. From June through September, our weekends are booked solid, and while things slow down after, we remain poised for potential bookings throughout the year. As proud owners who live a distance away, we need a dependable and flexible individual or couple to be our eyes and hands on the ground, ensuring each guest's stay is nothing short of exceptional.

The house is 1600 sq ft with 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms a garage, front and back patio, fire pit, outdoor grill. Fully equipped kitchen with living room, family room and dining room. You can view the home at

**Responsibilities:**
- Perform thorough cleaning of the property, including but not limited to bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas, to ensure a spotless and inviting environment for our guests.
- Complete laundry duties promptly and efficiently, ensuring all linens and towels are fresh and neatly arranged.
- Utilize the Turno app to track and fulfill cleaning tasks, including uploading photos to document completed work.
- Maintain flexibility in scheduling to accommodate varying guest check-out and check-in times, with the goal of achieving swift turnovers without compromising on quality.

**Requirements:**
- Previous experience cleaning Airbnb or short-term rental properties is a plus, but not required.
- Demonstrated reliability and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines and uphold our high standards of cleanliness.
- Access to reliable transportation to and from the property.
- Availability to work approximately 1 to 4 times a month, with potential for additional cleanings during peak seasons
-No smoking on property will be permitted.
-Communication is key to the success and a long relationship.
-All linens must be washed on site and not removed from the property.
