Job Description:

This job is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, and solutions are well designed with maintainability/ease of integration and testing built-in from the outset. Job expectations include a strong knowledge of development and testing practices common to the industry and design and architectural patterns.

Responsibilities:

Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.Designs, develops, and modifies architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while ensuring principal architecture integrity is maintained.Mentors other software engineers and coach team on Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) practices and automating tool stack.Executes story refinement, definition of requirements, and estimating work necessary to realize a story through the delivery lifecycle.Utilizes the Agile Software Development Methodology.Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas.Automates manual release activities.Designs, develops, and maintains automated test suites (integration, regression, performance)Developing, enhancing, modifying and/or maintaining applications.Supports activities for the corporate systems architecture.Works closely with business partners in defining requirements for system applications.Utilizes in-depth capital markets product knowledge to manage a high level of risk.Utilizes in-depth knowledge of development tools and languages.Utilizes the latest development technologies and applying them to the development of applications.Performs database design by analyzing the various levels of database normalization and denormalization and implementing performance improvements, including tuning, optimization, and partitions with high volumes of data.Provides solutions to problems with superior analytical and critical thinking.Effectively communicates and articulates ideas to the team. Required Skills: 8+ years of experience researching, designing, engineering, implementing, and supporting cyber security technology applications with the Microsoft .NET framework.Technical skills, including ASP.NET, Transact SQL, AngularJS/ReactJS, NodeJS, Bootstrap/Foundation CSS frameworks, Container based micro services, and REST based services.Knowledge and experience of software development tools and applications with Microsoft Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio/Toad, and Fiddler/Postman and Kafka StreamingKnowledge and experience of developing and maintaining Information Security Access Management Systems and applications by utilizing Active Directory integration, Mainframe RACF, Midrange access controls and collaboration platforms, including Office 365.Shift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40
