Our client is seeking an Office Admin who is willing to learn and grow within their company and assist with the day-to-day administrative duties of their busy office. In this role, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, maintaining files, creating work orders, generating reports, and performing data entry.

The ideal candidate will have their high school diploma and be proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Hours
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-3:00pm

Location
Waianae, Oahu

Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and relay messages.
  • Maintain digital and physical files.
  • Print, copy, scan, and file documents
  • Create work orders and generate reports.
  • Track project tasks.
  • Maintain office supplies and order as needed.
  • Perform data entry.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications
  • High school diploma required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with RoofLogic, Dataforma, and QuickBooks software a plus.
  • Willingness to learn new software programs, processes, and procedures as needed.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Highly motivated, dependable and hardworking.
