Position Specific Description

Our Engineering, Construction & Supply Chain Business Unit is in search of a Business Analyst to join our Technical Services team in Riviera Beach, FL. The position is responsible for performing analytical and financial functions, finding opportunities, and leveraging data to improve processes for maximum business success. The ideal candidate for this onsite position should possess excellent analytical, business, financial and communication skills, with great attention to detail to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of projects to support program milestones.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop new data analysis process.
  • Design, develop and implement complex reports and dashboards.
  • KPI management and customization
  • Identify business needs and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and productivity within the organization.
  • Work with different Business Units identifying opportunities and providing insights using data-driven perspective.
  • Follow-up and monitor budget execution and reporting processes for the BU and support management of the business planning cycle.
  • Review BU expenditures to ensure compliance with budget distributions.
  • Perform timely cost allocations.
  • Conducting cost-benefit analysis on initiatives designed to maximize the organization's performance.
  • Lead and or participate on medium to large project teams that support informed decision making within the BU.
  • Perform other analysis as required e.g., inventory reconciliation, and other cost adjustments impacting inventory or the business unit.
  • Deliver interactive presentations and generate reports to a diverse audience.
  • Excellent analytical, creative problem-solving and optimizing performance skills.
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge to design, develop and implement data and analytical solutions including complex reports and dashboards.
  • Financial, business acumen and ability to understand and analyze financial performance metrics.
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Required advanced in-depth knowledge of MS Power BI and Excel
  • Preferred knowledge of SAP and MS Access
  • Highly initiative-taking and directed.
