Position Overview: Selkirk Sport is seeking a highly motivated Integrated Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. This individual will play a key role in supporting the execution of marketing campaigns, working closely with the Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager and collaborating with marketing team members.

Reports To: Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Collaborate closely with the Integrated Marketing Manager to develop comprehensive campaign briefs and creative requests.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, seasonal promotions, and key marketing initiatives.

  • Collaborate with the Integrated Marketing Manager to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.
  • Liaise with the Product team to understand product features, benefits, and unique selling points, integrating them into marketing campaigns effectively.

  • Assist in crafting compelling copy for product related-campaigns.
  • Support the Integrated Marketing Manager in generating product-related content and material.
  • Create and manage campaign management boards to streamline execution.
  • Identify ways to enhance the efficiency of our campaign management process using tools like
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure execution of the marketing campaign's strategy and timing.
  • Work alongside the Integrated Marketing Manager to maintain and update the Marketing Calendar, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Work with the Integrated Marketing Manager to review campaign metrics and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies so that we can continue to identify potential areas for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven 1 to 3 years experience in marketing or project management, with a focus on go-to-market campaigns.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in utilizing data analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with Pickleball directly or sports equipment and/or lifestyle industry.


Location: Remote

Salary: $55,000 to $70,000
