Your Role

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams globally and have the opportunity to work on next-generation technologies such as automated driving, driver monitoring, and advanced safety systems. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing software solutions that make a positive impact on people's lives. In your daily job you will:

  • Lead SDV Platform development.
  • Ensuring product development coordination between GPO (Global Product Organization) and GES (Global Engineering Services) Region teams.
  • Lead product development (design, resources, risks) execution in order to achieve all deliverables within the customer development timing commitments.
  • Work closely with the global product development responsibles to align resources and projects to meet project goals and ensure quotes are doable within budget, resource and technical capability.
  • Understands the scope and need for architectural roadmaps & collaborates with platform Architects to assist with decision-making and sequencing of the key technical decisions.
  • Works with Stakeholders Platform Owner, System Project Lead , System Engineers
  • Architect and Product Owner to understand and prioritize architectural work.
  • Work with GPO release management team to align customer releases and solution increments.
  • Play an essential role in the demos to ensure that it will show the most critical aspects of the solution to the stakeholders.
  • Coordination of technical design reviews to ensure platform consistency.
  • Accept or reject project scope to ensure platform consistency, interface with other competencies like, EE, ME, validation etc.
  • Support reduction of diversity and redundancy of platform activities.
  • Review and validate the customer communication at technical management level.
  • Report on project technical progress, status, risks including organizational issues.
  • Interface with GES and Region to capture the needs and relate it to SDV platform.
  • Participates to reviews of Customer change requests

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

  • BSE or MSE Degree
  • 10 years of experience in development or industrialization of ADAS projects for tier 1 or OEM organizations.
  • Automotive Vehicle System Architecture background.
  • Hands-on and proactive with wide technical automotive knowledge (full cycle) with ADAS components.
  • Valid U.S. Passport and ability to travel up to 50%, domestically and internationally
