The Opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a Product Manager to join our Gamewise team. The Product Manager will own the product roadmap and work very closely with our technology partners to deliver best in class products across Sports Betting and iGaming verticals.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $ $107800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Responsibilities Own product roadmap including prioritizing new features, functionality and current product backlog
Establish product KPI's, goals and identify opportunities to optimize the gaming product
Identify product requirements that meet Gamewise goals and coordinate third parties project teams delivering said products & functionality
Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of new platform products and holds third party providers to deadlines & project plans
Provide delivery updates to key stakeholders in the business and communicate associated risks
Oversees product migration needs & drives all parties to successful completion
Manage day to day key 3rd party relationships as they relate to product & platform
Manage new app launches and updates in coordination with technology partner
Own UAT testing & signoff of all releases
Provide relevant training on new product feature/functionality to cross-functional teams to ensure all team members are current on the product offering
Understands key metrics for the product's success and is an expert on market requirements
Conduct market research and have a deep understanding of business trends and competition
Understands our customer needs and is able to interpret customer feedback
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in project management, business management, or related area of study
2 years of experience as a Product or Project Manager or similar position responsible for defining and managing project scope
Experience in managing delivery of customer-facing and internally facing products or services
Mobile app experience preferred
PMI or PMP certification or similar from an accredited organization
Previous Gaming experience preferred
Excellent project management skills including prioritization, scheduling, and documentation
Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Strong grasp of current communication, project tracking, budget management technologies
Solid technical understanding and ability to define and refine requirements through a project lifecycle
Employs strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities, demands and timelines
Ability to quickly learn, understand and apply new technologies
Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
