Reingold, a full-service marketing and communications firm in Alexandria, Virginia, is offering an outstanding opportunity for an experienced, hands-on paid media manager to lead paid media campaigns across a variety of channels.

As a paid media manager at Reingold, you will join an integrated team of cross-channel digital strategists and subject matter experts. You'll also collaborate with a variety of project teams to deliver best-in-class digital campaigns for our clients.

This full-time position demands an experienced, versatile, and reliable self-starter who has top-flight digital and communication skills and who consistently stays abreast of industry trends in media and marketing. Responsibilities include the following:
  • Demonstrate expert proficiency in several paid media channels.
  • Serve as the day-to-day paid media campaign activation lead across several projects or a large paid media workstream on one project.
  • Manage activities, including campaign setup, launch, and ongoing optimization, across accounts.
  • Maintain responsibility for campaigns' running on time and within budget with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in data analysis and be responsible for shaping the performance of paid campaigns and for working with teams to set and revise strategy, as needed.
  • Build paid media plans in support of project or campaign strategy with moderate supervision; be able to develop a rough draft of plans (for channels, targeting, budgets, etc.) in alignment with goals.
  • Explain and present paid campaign plans, status, and/or performance to internal and external teams.
  • Support functional area (team) growth and development (e.g., process improvements, training).
This position requires the following qualifications and skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least four years of "hands-on-keyboard" experience setting up and managing paid media campaigns.
  • Full proficiency with one or more media buying platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, Twitter/X Ads Manager).
  • Experience setting up and running programmatic media in demand-side platforms (DSPs) (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk).
  • Experience analyzing paid media traffic in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent quantitative analytic skills and the ability to use Microsoft Excel to understand data coming from digital marketing platforms to make good decisions; a desire to expand into new platforms.
