Description:
Call Center High Volume Environment
Will be taking inbound calls from patients with any billing related questions and will be cross-trained to do outbound calls to collect on self-pay bills
Will receive a variety of questions from setting up bill pay to asking for where the amounts come from
Entering in billing information into EPIC
Anyone doing collection will back up the general CSR calls so call candidates need to be comfortable on the phones
Skills & Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
