Ferguson, North America's leading distributor, seeks a Sales Support Representative for its Sales Support Program. This role involves assisting Outside Sales and Showroom Consultants, addressing customer inquiries, providing product recommendations, and managing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Outside Sales and Showroom Consultants, handling administrative tasks to meet customer needs.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, recommending products, and resolving concerns.
  • Provide hands-on support on the showroom floor.
  • Prepare job quotes and offer accurate pricing and inventory information.
  • Utilize CRM system and phone effectively.

Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of plumbing fixtures, lighting, and appliances desirable.
  • Strong desire to learn and succeed, with a passion for collaboration.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships and make timely decisions.
  • General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
