The Manager, Field Enablement, is an individual contributor position, reporting to the Director, Field Enablement. This person will support AS Service and other front-line and support organizations, executing on internal enablement and communications strategies that advance business priorities, ensure employees have the information they need to serve clients, and are engaged in our business strategy. In this role, the individual will support frontline Service Professionals by getting them information they need to do their jobs and feel connected to and engaged in their role and the organization. Additionally, this role will oversee the team's business critical measurement strategy as well as serve as the lead communications support for our own organizations' employee communications strategy. This individual's responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

In this role you will:

  • Ensure frontline Service gets the information they need to support clients by creating and designing enablement and communications tools that distills an abundance of complex information and focuses on what's most important. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Day-to-day curation of prioritized content including digital and live (meeting) communication channel management.
    • Investigating and implementing new communications solutions to drive the continuous improvement and effectiveness of communications.
    • Partner across the business to develop and execute a communication strategy that connects Service to their employee value proposition, the organizations Mission, Purpose and Priorities, and other engagement-related initiatives.
    • Maintaining the Service Resource Hub, ensuring it effectively communicates the Service employee value proposition, the organizations Mission, Purpose and Priorities, and content that engages employees.
    • Represent the voice of service in projects affecting the field and then translating those impacts for the field in a way that optimizes their ability to absorb the project.
    • Author internal communications, including emails, organizational announcements, and periodic executive messages on behalf of leaders.
  • Lead the team's efforts to connect employee performance/behaviors and business outcomes to enablement and communications metrics to help identify gaps impacting the client experience.
  • Work with peers to handle urgent communication needs (i.e. technology outages) including making editorial, in-the-moment decisions to ensure the right information is reaching the right audiences.
  • Consult with business partners on the creation and execution of communication strategies and materials to drive engagement and awareness of new initiatives, technologies, or processes.
  • Lead the Advisor Experience & Platform Support's employee communications strategy.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have experience with project management.
  • Must have experience with field enablement.
  • 3-5 years of experience developing and/or executing a variety of communication strategies – preferably for client-facing employees.
  • Proficiency in designing visually appealing materials, using tools such as PowerPoint, Word, infographic software, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe Captivate, or Adobe Illustrator.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Build relationships across departments and with leaders in the organization.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies that drive awareness and adoption for the intended audiences.
  • Detail oriented, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines consistently while balancing and prioritizing complex projects and deliverables.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working Excel and data manipulation.
  • Confidence, diplomacy, maturity, and business savvy required to effectively facilitate dialogue and decision making.
  • Learning agility and passion for continuous learning.
  • Creativity in approach to modern and varied communication methods, including video, audio, visuals, etc.
  • Ability to synthesize and distill large amounts of information with a deep understanding of what constitutes relevant content.
  • Ability to take ownership of solutions, and proactively seek opportunities that will advance business priorities, ensure employees have the information they need to serve clients, and are engaged in our business strategy.

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
