Position Summary:

Field Sales Specialists are the front-line team of industry professionals. In this role you'll build relationships with operations employees to drive beverage sales. The Field Sales Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients Beverage partnership programs by performing a variety of tasks to support the staff. Overall, you will be responsible for communicating our clients standard operating procedures and maintaining partner standards, maintaining

stock levels, ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the Drink Bot operating area.

Outside of your normal scope of work, you will be assigned special projects tailored to your unique skill set while also challenging you to grow, including organization and inventory management, food safety, and communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership: Take responsibility for holding the standards high Your success hinges on hands-on during high volume as well as operating efficiency, inventory management, and front-line team training.
  • Build the relationship: Connect and coach front lines teams to drive beverage sales. Communicate with managers to reinforce standards and manage inventory. Communicate the importance of the DrinkBot standard operating procedures.
  • Great teammate: We all learn and grow each day.
  • Be a coach and trainer to all associates and newcomers to develop the open and welcoming culture and we win as a team. In this role you'll work with a team that is committed to one common goal: Selling more craft beverages

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
