As a Preventative Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the facility in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Ideal candidates for this position will have previous hotel property operations/engineering experience, ideally at a property of comparable size and of Hilton Brand.
Shift Pattern: candidates should be available to work the morning, evening and overnight shifts flexibly, any day of the week/weekends/holidays as needed
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

What will I be doing?
As a Preventative Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the facility in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Inspect guestrooms, public spaces and heart-of-the-house areas for needed and preventive maintenance to ensure an attractive and well-maintained hotelPerform a variety of repair, maintenance and cleaning tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electric, painting, HVAC, mechanical and carpentry
Complete daily guest room preventative maintenance assignments
Maintain a detailed record-keeping of all work orders and completed assignments
Demonstrate skill in the use of related tools (including both hand and electric tools)
Possess a basic mechanical aptitude for operation and repair of hotel equipment
