Our dynamic and successful Urban Mobility and Infrastructure Group is seeking an Urban Mobility Project Manager to join our team of professionals, focusing on transportation design in urban markets. Location options for this opportunity include Minneapolis or St. Paul, MN. As an Urban Mobility Project Manager, you will be exposed to a wide variety of innovative and diverse projects, including the management of projects balancing pedestrian, bicycle and vehicle priorities; urban roadway projects; municipal infrastructure projects; and pedestrian / bicycle focused improvement projects.

Responsibilities:
- Project Management - effectively manage multi-disciplinary project teams for a wide range of urban mobility and infrastructure projects
- Staff Supervision - provide for staff growth through nurturing staff in a respectful, collaborative approach that promotes individual professional growth and positive team spirit
- Client Relationships and Marketing - Assist in the identification and pursuit of project opportunities resulting in securing work
Required Qualifications:
- Related 4-year degree with 6+ years' relevant experience
- Engineering Licensure or desire to pursue professional engineering licensure
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
- Aptitude in organizational, technical, and analytical skills
- Capabilities in supervisory and team building skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft office suite experience
- Interest or passion for involvement in the development of nationwide innovative urban mobility projects
- Seeking someone who is a self-starter, collaborative, dedicated, enthusiastic, flexible, innovative, organized, eager to learn, and possesses strong communication skills
