The Opportunity

Our Prestige Team is looking for their partner to support the growth of Carolina Herrera beauty (Luxury Fragrance and Makeup).

The ideal Assistant Brand Manager is passionate about the beauty industry, energetic, resourceful and a great team player. Overall, the Assistant Brand Manager will support the Sr Brand Manager in the development and execution of the annual marketing plans for the USA and coordinate across all departments to manage business needs. This role will give the opportunity to learn long-term brand building, while delivering on short-term business drivers on two beauty categories, color, and fragrance. It will allow this person to deepen their expertise for the North America - US Market and with major retailers.

What you'll get to do
  • Propose and implement the brand & product strategy for Carolina Herrera Makeup, Lucky Charms and Confidentials fragrances.
  • Implement and evaluate new product launches and manage existing product portfolio.
  • Identify opportunity gap for the brand and recommend tactical actions.
  • Monitor and analyze business results in order to recommend opportunities for improving plans and their execution.
  • Create and execute 360 marketing & promo plans for fragrance and color catalogs.
  • Define the gift set & GWP strategy.
  • Work cross functionally to gain OMNI offline and online visibility for all products.
  • Ensure superior customer experience in-store with luxury art of giving ceremony.
  • Be the liaison with all cross functional departments and Global Marketing.
  • Work with Sales Ops, Retail, Media & Influence to deliver projects on time.
  • Influence Global with impactful presentation on US specific needs to drive share gains for the brand.
  • Create superior shopper experience in-store with strong attention to in-store event & animation.
  • Manage & develop POS collateral, including art of gifting to support shopper experience.
  • Create step by step in-store experiences to be executed by the field.
  • Deliver impactful external and internal presentations.
  • Prepare and present retailer presentation for key selling period.
  • Create strong and detailed business overviews for internal meetings.
  • Manage forecasts, brand P&L, stock inventory for promotional activities and product launches.

• Minimum of 3- 4 years of Marketing experience in the beauty industry.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

• Excellent in both strategic thinking and execution.

• Strong relationship building and management skills.

• Result driven with an inspiring can-do attitude and a team player spirit.

• Proactivity and start-up mindset: ability to move, propose new ideas and take initiative.

• Strong analytical skills with a high level of creativity.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
