We're searching for an exceptional Associate Dentist to join our well-established practice, Advanced DDS, in Garden City, NY.

We're looking for a highly motivated, skilled, and personable candidate who places a premium on patient care as a driver of practice growth and possesses a compassionate and confident bedside manner, strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience is preferred.

Schedule:
Part-time Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays (Saturdays are a must)
Fee-for-service
Fully digital, upgraded technology (Multiple milling and CEREC units, Cone Beam, iTero, etc.)

Specialty work done in office:
Oral Surgery, General Anesthesia, Pedodontics

Active patient base: 3,250

Average new patients/month: 60

Compensation for Full-Time Providers

Estimated salary:
$175,000 to $200,000 / year
Strong minimum guarantee and % of collections
Clear and well-defined path for growth and bonus opportunities

Malpractice insurance

Education and Experience

Dental school graduate, GPR/AEGD preferred
3-5 years of clinical experience
Active dental license in state where direct clinical care is performed
