We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Associate to join Skillcentrix. As an SDA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting inside sales development, as well as sales and marketing operations. The SDA will work directly with our AE's and Sales Directors, selling our unique one-of-a-kind Advisory, Implementation, and Managed services to Workday clients.

A Day in the Life:

Progress sales opportunities and facilitate Workday and/or customer interactions as necessary Identify new opportunities through campaign execution and individual outreach Conduct sales presentations, workshops, and product demonstrations Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure accurate pipeline data in HubSpot. Maintain internal sales systems Create communication templates and pitches for inside sales interactions. Conduct sales presentations, workshops, and product demonstrations Assist with internal support for prospect/customer, Workday, and partner events. Collaborate on marketing-to-sales workflows for various events (conferences, webinars, user groups, etc.). Provide support for lead generation, campaigns, and marketing efforts.

What You Bring:

Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of experience as an inside sales/sales development representative or account executive in the enterprise software industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-starters who can work independently and as part of a team Passion for technology and solving clients' problems with innovative services offerings
