We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lead operator/foreman to join our team. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.

If you have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, we want to hear from you.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all aspects of construction projects, including planning, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
  • Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and schematics
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA regulations
  • Oversee quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet required standards

Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing construction projects from start to finish
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera or ProCore
  • Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpretation
  • Experience in supervising/leading construction teams
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
