Respiratory Biologics Sales Specialist - Permanent - Northern New Jersey

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Respiratory Biologics Sales Specialist for a permanent position based in Northern New Jersey, United States.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging healthcare professionals in meaningful dialogue about clinical evidence, approved indications, and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for Respiratory Biologics. The role requires a high degree of sales proficiency to drive sales performance and meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree. Proven working experience in documented, full-time, successful pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience OR experience in a scientific/clinical/healthcare environment OR demonstrated experience & knowledge within healthcare ecosystems. Proven ability to engage key stakeholders in complex clinical environments. Strong scientific acumen in a highly competitive environment. Understanding of the reimbursement and distribution challenges of a biologics product. A valid driver's license and safe driving record.

The Respiratory Biologics Sales Specialist's responsibilities will be:

Develop superior product and disease state knowledge. Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations. Capitalize on formulary approvals and other opportunities through effective implementation of strategic targeting plans. Identify business opportunities, present value propositions aligned to stakeholder needs and objectives, and recommend solutions to drive and develop business. Provide special education to healthcare providers within ethical guidelines. Collaborate with other Respiratory Biologics Sales Specialists to coordinate selling efforts. Consistently challenge yourself to grow and develop, seek feedback to gain insight into strengths and developmental needs.
