Duties
  • You will provide management, operation, and execution of maintenance and repair to real property, in support of mission requirements .
  • You will plan and lay out work from blueprints, sketches, drawings, specifications, guides, codes, and work orders.
  • You will troubleshoot heating boilers, heating systems, and fuel power boilers with complex problems and extensive repairs requiring judgement to locate malfunctions.
  • You will install, modify, overhaul, repair, and maintain a variety of complex heating boilers, and/or heating systems, single and multiple fuel power boilers, and associated auxiliary and pollution control equipment.
  • You will perform preventive maintenance on heating boilers and/or fuel power boiler systems and auxiliary equipment.

    • Must possess the skills necessary to operate an elevating work platform (scissor lift) and a forklift. Certification provided by Command.
    • Emergency overtime may be required.
