You contribute to the strategic growth of the office community. You provide and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the Frisco office for all employees and visitors. You're responsible for monitoring and addressing concerns and ensuring that meetings and events run smoothly. Your keen understanding of community dynamics and a proactive approach to fostering a positive and thriving environment are key to your success in this role.

This is an on-site position in our Frisco, TX office. We will only consider candidates who are a commutable distance to the Frisco office and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.

About the role:

  • Welcoming Workplace Environment
    • Reception: Greet / host / provide support for all employees and visitors
    • Maintain all meeting rooms and office areas; ensure all are always clean and presentable
    • Ad-hoc administration duties
    • Support welcome sign in platform for guests, visitors, and vendors
    • Issue temporary badges and support security activities related to badges
    • Manage meeting room bookings via online booking system
  • Workplace Service
    • Understand the site's high standards and expectations – you will act as the face of the company
    • Work collaboratively within the facility management team
    • Manage and support workplace services: janitorial, mailrooms, deliveries, copier services, parking, badging, and conference rooms
    • Assist with beverage service during meetings; ensure beverage supplies in office are fully stocked
    • Assist with coordination and scheduling of office/building maintenance activities (luggage storage, lost & found, etc.)
  • Communication, Information and Navigation
    • Manage video conference and presentations systems in meeting rooms
    • Answer phone calls and email requests
    • Submit work orders through appropriate channels
    • Maintain records of all requests, incidents, events and engagement activities
    • Respond and follow through for requests for information
    • Communicate with all levels of management with minimal supervision
  • Employee Engagement, Gathering & Corporate Events
    • Assist and support Engagement Team with engagement and event duties
    • Implement engagement initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
    • Collaborate with People Success, Engagement Team, and other McAfee departments to support initiatives in the office that promote a positive work environment
    • Coordinate logistics to ensure smooth collaboration and execution: setup, catering, communication, audio-visual setup, external vendors, speakers, guests, and other event-related details
    • Support the safety and well-being of participants during meetings, gatherings, and events
