What You'll Do:
- Innovate and Inspire: Work closely with our dynamic sales team to craft, scope, and price bespoke consulting solutions that leverage the Oracle Hospitality Suite, including OPERA property management.
- Engage and Excite: Develop and deliver high-impact presentations that captivate and persuade, showcasing the full potential of Oracle's solutions. Your goal is to make complex concepts accessible and compelling to clients at all levels.
- Drive Success: Identify and seize additional consulting opportunities, helping clients visualize and realize their path to success with Oracle's solutions. Articulate the unique strengths, benefits, and competitive advantages of our offerings.
- Lead and Educate: Guide clients through implementation and migration with your expert knowledge, providing insightful education and engaging storytelling to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of the Oracle Hospitality Suite and its deployment methodologies.
- Deliver impactful demonstrations that highlight the power of Oracle Hospitality Consulting Solutions.
- Maintain and update account and opportunity details in our internal systems.
- Prioritize and manage opportunities effectively, ensuring alignment with client needs and business goals.
- Communicate the value of Oracle's solutions clearly and convincingly to a diverse audience, including line of business users, managers, and executives.
- Contribute to cross-functional collaboration, gathering and providing insights to enhance solutions and requests.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the hospitality industry (casino, hotel, or food and beverage). At least 3-5 years of experience in OPERA consulting, implementation, and migration.
- Skills: Deep knowledge of implementation, data migration, and consulting solution design. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including storytelling, needs analysis, value positioning, and presentation abilities.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to tackle complex technical challenges in intricate environments.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Education: BS degree or equivalent experience.

US: Hiring Range: from $79,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

- Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

- Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
