Monday – Friday 8AM-4:30pm

Reputable swimming pool contracting company is looking to add a rockstar administrative assistant their team

What You'll Do:


This role will involve a varied number of clerical and administrative tasks, ranging from providing support for the office staff to providing customer service both in person and over the phone.

Office opening and closing procedures.

Answering phones

Sorting and distributing mail and emails.

Greeting office visitors

Data entry

Digital and paper filing

Maintaining stocks of office

What You Need to Have:
1-2 years of office experience

Respectful

Coachable.

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - basic

Multi-tasking and time management skills

Detailed-orientated.

Filing and data-entry proficiency

Customer service/Phones

Verbal and written communication skills

Listening skills

Ability to work in a fast or slow-paced environment.

Punctuality

Preferred:
Construction or pool industry experience
