EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:
Current BLS and ACLS certification valid for duration of assignment
Active/current RN Hawaii License required for consideration
BSN preferred

Experience:
Two (2) or more years Acute (inpatient) Hemodialysis experience required
Two (2) or more years ICU, PCU or Telemetry experience in the last 5 years REQUIRED
Baxter/Phoenix HD machine experience preferred.
All traveler compliance requirements must be completed TEN (10) business days prior to the start date in . There will be no exceptions, and travelers who do not meet this timeline will be pushed to a later start date and run the risk of being canceled
