Position:
DevOps Engineer
Responsibilities as a Successful DevOps Engineer at Fiserv:
- Implement and promote effective Dev ops practices to enhance productivity within the organization.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, ensuring efficient setup of development, testing, and staging environments.
- Establish and manage data pipelines to support seamless deployment of solutions across different environments.
- Collaborate closely with development teams and leadership to troubleshoot and resolve issues in various environments.
- Lead the adoption of DevOps tools and contribute to a SCRUM environment.
Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Build and Release Engineering focusing on continuous integration pipelines.
- Experience with Git, DevOps tools, Build Tools, and Collaboration Tools.
- 3-4 years of scripting experience (Python, Bash, Powershell).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in multiple scripting languages.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with both on-premises and cloud deployment.
- Strong background in server maintenance and related tools.
- Extensive experience with various DevOps tools and platforms.
This position is not available in Colorado, California, Hawaii, New York, or Washington.
