SAIC is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Hanahan, SC. location.

The Administrative Assistant will be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with expert-level abilities.

They will executes routine administrative and clerical tasks, handling both routine and non-routine assignments, including special projects.
Responsibilities encompass diverse activities such as writing, typing, meeting minutes, data entry, badging, and document preparation.

This role requires a high level of attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, strong time management abilities, and adaptability under pressure to meet frequent deadlines.

Strong research skills will be needed as well as the ability to work well within a team and communicate well both orally and written.

The Administrative Assistant but be able to maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED.Two (2) years of progressive experience in computer systems operations.One (1) year of practical experience in data entry and formatting via common productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite. One (1) year of practical experience managing and coordinating travel requirements to include local, CONUS and OCONUS destinations, passports, APACS, foreign clearance processing. Experience may be achieved simultaneously.Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a public trust clearance. SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.
