Job Summary: The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes at Servpro Team Luzzi Restoration Company. The HR Manager will work closely with department heads to support the company's growth and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Address employee grievances and conduct investigations as needed.
Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
Performance Management:
Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to ensure employees are meeting company goals and objectives.
Provide guidance and support to managers on performance improvement plans.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the restoration or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency in HR software.
