Job DescriptionDuPont Advanced Circuits & Packaging (ACP), a business within DuPont Interconnect Solutions (ICS) under Electronics & Industrial (E&I) has an exciting opportunity for a Unit Leader at our Midland, Michigan Site.
The site is located within the Michigan Operations Industrial Park, which is home to several chemical companies. The site manufacturers packaging materials for electronic components that are sold to customers around the world. Typically, the site works a 24x5 schedule and employs 30 people. Significant growth is expected within the next 5 years and the site is OSHA PSM regulated.The successful candidate will lead the team on their growth journey and drive continuous improvement, while maintaining a strong culture of teamwork and trust.
Your key responsibilities:

Qualifications
8 years relevant experience in Manufacturing such as: EHS, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Reliability, Technology, HR, Finance and Continuous Improvement
2 years' experience in direct people leadership
Experienced Six Sigma/Lean practitioner with demonstrated results
BS, Sciences, Engineering, Supply Chain, preferred
APICS CSCP or CPIM Certification preferred
