Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare (EW) capabilities. The F-15 International portfolio within the Tactical Aircraft Product Line is responsible for delivering cutting edge EW technology to U.S. allies and partners around the world through modernization programs and new F-15EX deliveries. This role will focus on strategic capture, transition to production, and execution activities related to exportable deliveries of the Eagle Passive Active Warning Survivability System (EPAWSS) to foreign customers, including integration with in-country industry partners.

Plans, manages, coordinates, organizes, controls, integrates, and executes F-15 International EPAWSS campaigns and programs. Ensures achievement of financial, schedule, technical, and new business performance objectives. Participates in the support of new business and in the development of financial plans for the company. Models and demonstrates strong leadership in ethics, safety and security.

Full-Time Salary Range: $ $250400

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
