Job Title: Accounting Clerk - Data Entry

Responsibilities

Process and reconcile account receivables and remittances Review payments and apply them to the correct customer account Create regular reports to accurately track financial information Address payment issues like double payments or other discrepancies Engage in collection management processes as necessary Assist department with other AR-related work including credit/collections as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Basic Excel
  • Self-starter
Soft Skills
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
  • An outgoing personality, an eager attitude to help others
  • Ability to multitask and work in a high-paced environment
  • Quick learner
  • Excellent math skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
