Job Scope:
Under the direction of the Sr. V.P. of Commercial and in partnership with Global Commercial Effectiveness, and IT, the SFDC Administrator is responsible for leading all North America commercial Initiatives. In addition, the SFDC Administrator helps to leverage SFDC to drive sales operations that includes metrics, reporting, sales tools such as analytics, business review templates and other innovations.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead, prioritize and project manage SFDC initiates with the IT team to drive projects to completion and operational excellence
- Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups.
- Maintain and customize Sales Cloud.
- Manage operational requests, reporting, and troubleshoot issues; partnering with global counterparts to drive final resolution.
- Lead the implementation and development of Marketing Cloud
- Build custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to support the needs of the sales and marketing teams. Add CRMA
- Lead process for additional salesforce enhancements/products to meet business needs and challenges.
- Partner with the global organization to proactively identify, drive, and build improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that solve business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- B.A, B.S. or relevant experience
- 5+ years experience managing SFDC.
- Experience with other SFDC add on systems (CPQ/CLM)
- Strong computer related skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong IT (website) skills
- Strong analytical skills
