Our client, a leading commercial general contractor is looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to join their team The Regional Marketing Manager oversees the planning, organization, writing, updating, and coordination of proposal production while managing the company's marketing, advertising, and promotional activities. This role focuses on measuring, enhancing, and enriching the brand and position through targeted goals and objectives.
Regional Marketing Manager Job Responsibilities:
Lead regional marketing and project pursuit efforts.Manage, develop, and mentor regional marketing team.
Oversee RFP process and ensure timely, accurate responses.
Prioritize, maintain, and update multiple RFPs and provide technical guidance.
Develop and manage industry contact databases.
Set and achieve marketing and branding objectives.
Collaborate with executives to prepare marketing strategies.
Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Oversee creation and delivery of marketing collateral.
Ensure consistent brand messaging.
Gather and analyze customer insights.Enhance external perceptions and market share.
Foster media relationships for effective messaging.
Collaborate with sales and sourcing on strategic partnerships.
Regional Marketing Manager Qualifications:At least 5 years in marketing and/or proposal development, preferably in architecture, construction, or engineering industries.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
Expertise in marketing strategy development and management.
Technical marketing skills and market research experience.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and MS Office.
Strong written and verbal communication.
