MedStar Health Palliative Care program has an integrated patient-centric medical model of care distributed throughout the Baltimore- Washington region. With over 55 team members, MedStar Health has one of the largest palliative care programs in the country. As a MedStar Palliative Care Provider, you will be a member of the Palliative Medicine Physician Council. This includes discussion and collaboration of clinical pathways, outcomes, quality measures, research, and innovation among all MedStar Palliative Care physicians. The goal is to provide patients with easy access to highly qualified physicians focused on an excellent patient experience while delivering world class quality care.

The Palliative Medicine Program at MedStar Franklin Square Hospital is seeking a full-time palliative medicine physician to join our expanding team. The candidate will enjoy working with a growing interdisciplinary consultation team including nurse practitioner and social work. The candidate will have both inpatient and outpatient consultative roles.

    • Must be board eligible or board certified in Palliative Medicine
    • Must have board certification in primary specialty
    • Palliative Medicine Fellowship training preferred
