This position is remote.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • 3 years' experience in a professional services firm, digital shared services role, B2B marketing agency, or equivalent
  • Experience using the Vuture email marketing platform and InterAction (or similar CRM system)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and complete tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • High energy, reacts with an appropriate sense of urgency
  • Focus on high-quality product production and service delivery

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related field.
  • Experience working at a law firm
  • Basic HTML coding
  • Sitecore
  • Photoshop skills

What will your day look like?

As a valuable team member, your day kicks off by monitoring and promptly responding to service requests via Service Now, phone, and email, ensuring top-notch customer service. Collaborating with lawyers and business professionals, you'll create, proofread, and distribute client publications and email marketing materials. Crafting engaging email templates and tracking campaign effectiveness in line with our firm's strategic priorities will be pivotal.

Your role extends to validating system data, troubleshooting errors, and performing system administration processes for platforms like Vuture and InterAction. The responsibility of monitoring and responding to the DLA Piper "no-reply" Communications inbox is crucial for maintaining effective communication channels. You'll diligently document and maintain all processes and workflows. Collaborating with other administrative teams via collaboration platforms, you'll contribute to the seamless functioning of the broader organizational structure.

Preparing regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports using necessary systems is part of your routine. Proactively identifying process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and overall service levels demonstrates your commitment to excellence.

In addition to these responsibilities, you'll provide support for Marketing Operations-related projects, showcasing your adaptability and willingness to contribute beyond your core duties.
