Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy is excited to find a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our teamLeaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy is a multidisciplinary outpatient private practice in need of a licensed Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant.We are a growing and fast-paced campus that offers Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy services in a traditional clinical setting, as well as on our ranch, with the incorporation of the horse as part of a comprehensive evidence-based plan (hippotherapy.)Help patient accomplish goals outlines in treatment plan to increase independence in activities of daily living skills by administering therapeutic activities, and therapeutic exercises, and sensory skills.May work in a variety of setting including clinic, ranch, or tele health services.Assure continuation of therapeutic plan following discharge by designing home exercise programs; instructing patients, families, and caregivers in home exercise programs; recommending and/or providing assistive equipment with primary occupational therapist.There are substantial in-house opportunities for growth and development, as well as collaboration with our dynamic team.Casual FridaysFun company events Requirements Possess a valid California COTA LicensePediatric experience a plus
