  • Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy is a multidisciplinary outpatient private practice in need of a licensed Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant.
  • We are a growing and fast-paced campus that offers Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy services in a traditional clinical setting, as well as on our ranch, with the incorporation of the horse as part of a comprehensive evidence-based plan (hippotherapy.)
  • Help patient accomplish goals outlines in treatment plan to increase independence in activities of daily living skills by administering therapeutic activities, and therapeutic exercises, and sensory skills.
  • May work in a variety of setting including clinic, ranch, or tele health services.
  • Assure continuation of therapeutic plan following discharge by designing home exercise programs; instructing patients, families, and caregivers in home exercise programs; recommending and/or providing assistive equipment with primary occupational therapist.
  • There are substantial in-house opportunities for growth and development, as well as collaboration with our dynamic team.
