Overview:
Sorts and distributes incoming mail from USPS and other couriers.
Collects outgoing mail, affixes postage, and prepares it for mailing.
Performs regular mail delivery runs and delivery of interoffice mail, including file folders and books or circulating materials.
Scans and delivers packages checked in through the PSShip system.
Performs rush internal deliveries as needed.
Delivers supply requests.
Returns files and books to the Mail Room for redirection to the Records Department and the Library.
Assists with moves including boxes and other effects.
Provides Conference Center assistance, including setup and takedown, as needed.
Assists with outside hand deliveries, as necessary.
Monitors and maintains supplies stocked in Resource Rooms and Visitor Offices.
Assists personnel with special requests including labeling and stuffing envelopes for mass mailings, moving documents, removing empty boxes, and meeting other requests as necessary.
Provides support of internal office moves and other Facilities maintenance needs as requested.
Responsibilities:

Working Conditions:
This position require on-site presence as an essential function of the role. Consistent and predictable on-site presence is required for ongoing business continuity, professional development and effective collaboration with colleagues and management.
Hours: 10am – 6pm plus availability to cover Saturday shift on a rotation basis, as needed.
