The Design Assistant supports the Designer and Creative Director throughout the Design and Development process.
The job responsibilities and tasks include (but are not limited to):
Sample receiving/logging
Sample organizing, hanging, steaming, allocation
Tech Pack Creation
Measuring Samples
Data Entry
Shipping
Daily emails w/ internal departments and vendors as needed
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop required
Knowledge of Excel required
CAD Sketching
Maintaining organizational systems
Being able to take feedback, and willing to learn new programs
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Having a working knowledge of garment construction and apparel categories
