Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute the migration of home drives from on-premises file shares to OneDrive, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand and document requirements, constraints, and expectations.
  • Develop comprehensive migration plans, including timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and contingency plans.
  • Provide technical expertise on Microsoft Office 365, focusing on OneDrive and related technologies.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements during and after migration.
  • Train and support end-users, promoting the effective use of OneDrive and other Office 365 applications.
  • Monitor and report on migration progress, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Optimize the Office 365 environment to enhance performance, reliability, and user satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Office 365 administration and consulting, with a focus on OneDrive.
  • Proven experience migrating home drives from on-premises file shares to OneDrive at an enterprise scale.
  • Azure AVD design and deployment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including OneDrive, SharePoint, and associated technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Office 365 or related technologies are a plus.
