Are you a skilled software engineer passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry? A local healthcare company that specializes in pathology biometrics is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team on a 6-month contract.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of web development, utilizing technologies such as Blazor for front-end, C#, .NET 7, and MS SQL for backend operations.

Strong querying skills are essential, along with proficiency in GIT and a genuine interest in healthcare.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong communication skills, and is committed to delivering high-quality solutions independently.


Joining a team of 7-8 developers, you'll play a pivotal role in building a service that connects medical records for doctors, enabling them to modify and add data as needed, ultimately supporting lab and pathology workflows.

Remote work is fully embraced, with the flexibility to work locally if needed.

Contract Duration: 6 Months with the possibility of full-time conversion
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in computer science, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in developing web applications, with a strong preference for backend proficiency using C# and .NET.

Demonstrated familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in web development, and SQL databases.
Experience in accessing and retrieving data from RESTful services.
Desired Skills & Experience Experience migrating and modernizing applications.
Experience with Blazor
Experience with Azure cloud services
