As a Financial Applications Analyst, you will have the opportunity to:

• Assist with system enhancements, testing and configuration.
• May act as a functional lead for a moderately-complex financial application module or support a functional lead for a complex financial application module
• Act as liaison between end users and technical staff and provides end user training and support for a small client base. Works under minimal supervision.

• Production Support:
• Leads maintenance of functional setup for organization and accounting changes
• Troubleshoots and resolve issues with financial data interfaces between systems including balancing of financial data that flows between the systems
• Provides daily functional support to end users, including data reconciliation and module specific support
• Maintains and may be responsible for allocation rates and key indicators for financial processes

Security:

• May review security requests based upon professional's role and general security level guidelines for assigned systems
• Ensures adherence to necessary procedures by the user community

System/Software Changes:

• Researches and documents software change requests
• May work with internal clients to identify business needs
• Participate in executing project plan including enhancements, implementations, migrations and upgrades related activities
• Updates user documentation
• Assesses testing needs, builds testing plans conducts and documents testing for system changes

Communication:

• Interaction with primary internal clients and vendors to support moderately complex support resolution
• May maintain basic SharePoint sites and provide guidance regarding SharePoint support

Training:

• Develops and delivers training materials for end users

Reporting and Analysis:

• Provides moderately- complex data / ad hoc reports to users as needed

Vendors:

• May assist in vendor software evaluation

Primary Internal Clients:

• All end users for assigned modules; finance managers and supervisors

Supervisory and Resource Management:

• Demonstrates strong technical knowledge
• May assist with review of policies and procedures
• May assist with knowledge transfer and training for staff, as assigned
• Supports continuous improvement efforts and the change management effects associated with the implementation of improvement

• Bachelor's Degree in business-related field or information technology, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 4+ years related experience. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.

• Master Business Administration (MBA) or MS in Accounting, preferred
