Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project lifecycles effectively, including requirement analysis, test plan development, scheduling, and progress tracking.
  • Lead design reviews for hardware changes, perform comprehensive testing at both bench and system levels to ensure functionality.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret experimental data, draw conclusions, and provide recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive problem resolution, and achieve project objectives.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and R&D practices to maintain quality standards throughout projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with minimum 9 years of experience, or Master's degree with minimum 7 years, or Doctoral degree with 4 years of experience.
  • Hands-on product testing experience with a solid understanding of product requirements.
  • Strong foundation in engineering principles and experience in system design and verification testing.
  • Willingness to travel to support projects across different Business Units globally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the medical or regulated environment.
  • Background in design change processes or new product development.
  • Familiarity with the dFMEA process.
